The immune system uses antibodies within white blood cells to fight off bad bacteria. Some organs that produce white blood cells are the yellow marrow within bones, and thymus glands near the pharynx (throat). HIV is an example of a virus in which white blood cells can no longer be produced because they are always destroyed. The immune system depends on the skeletal system. Don't know the name of the doctor, but two interesting facts: in vitamins that say you get 833% daily value of vitamin C or something like that, you don't absorb all of it. Another interesting fact: antibodies fight off bad bacteria, but antioxidants destroy free radicals (things that could possibly cause cancer in the future)
