@Blingblong20 I don’t run alot but what I noticed is when I ran on the treadmill I could feel my lower abs tightening more then when I do crunches.I have to start running again

holly shit this works man, I find running 2k then taking 15 min rest and doing this really effective.

One other question. How many times a day can u do that so that u won’t strain your self.
