Ellipticals are alright. Great for leg injuries if you cant run anymore. Put the incline on 15 and resistence on 8 or more and do that for 30 minutes everday. I pushed myself to to 600 calories under 30 minutes with those settings. I quit doing cardio for awhile and now its a bitch to get back up there.
have you gotten any help? I’m in the same situation as you
