How Can I Stop Being Queasy In My Health Class?

Today I started my health class for a quarter of my education this high school year, and we were reviewing the human reproductive system. I noticed that no one else in the class except for me felt a bit queasy while talking about the subjects. How can I overcome this? It’s not easy to learn when your heart is racing, your stomach is aching, and your mind is frantic. I normally don’t feel that bad about other stuff, but I know if I want to pass my class this year, I’m going to have to get over this problem.
Last year I also felt uncomfortable while discussing this stuff and I would nearly go pale when talking about blood and pregnancy. It’s not just sexual things, but also veins, arteries, and muscles. Everything just disgusts me and I don’t know why.
Can someone provide help?
