    Ahm here fer you! I take it the questions must concern the bony structure only — the “skeleton,” and cannot concern muscular or vascular systems?

    Answer — Femur. It’s located in the upper leg.

    On average, an adult human has 206 bones (according to Gray’s Anatomy, but the number can vary slightly from individual to individual), but a baby is born with approximately 270 bones.
