In our body, enery is stored in a small molecule called ATP which is present in the mitochondria of the cell. So each cell has energy storing compartmet. Glucose is stored in liver as glycogen and fat is stored in specialized cells known as adipose tissue. When enery is required, fats and glucose are released and ATP will be produced. Body can withstand a slight changes of pH with the help of buffers like bicarbonate buffer which will alter between acidic and basic pH.
