    Sorry but this is not easy due to the number of answers you want. I suggest you refer to your notes for the answers. Do you really think you should have your entire homework assignment done for you by someone else? I sincerely hope you are not studying to become a nurse. You would make a pretty pathetic nurse if you haven’t reasoned out and researched the answers. My answer is that you need to do what the assignment says: refer to your notes and study info for the answers. You will find everything you need if you have taken decent notes.
